RETURN POLICY

At the Hairextensions-shop.es you have the option to return products and get a refund.

The conditions for this are as follows:

• Products must be returned within 14 calendar days;
• Costs for returns are for the buyer unless an incorrect delivery has been made by the Hairextensions-shop.es;
• We will only process return shipments if they are unopened and undamaged.;
• Return without registered mail / Return without track & trace is at the risk of the buyer;
• Hairextensions-shop.es is not responsible for the loss or delay of a return shipment;
• Hairextensions-shop.es will not accept insufficiently stamped or unstamped returns.
• The right of withdrawal applies to private individuals

CREDIT:

The entrepreneur will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
